WITH STUDENT NUMBER ALREADY:

Proceed to Step 2: Submission of Requirements

 

WITHOUT STUDENT NUMBER:

  • On your PC, laptop, or mobile phone, open your web browser then go to https://astracollege.firstasia.edu.ph/student-registration
  • Fill-up the application form. Please ensure that all the information is complete and correct. The contact information will be used to complete the enrollment process.
  • You will receive an email informing you that you need to submit soft copies of your credentials to atc@firstasia.edu.ph for initial verification.
  • You will receive an email response once your application has been verified and that you may proceed to submission of entrance credentials via courier if you opt to continue your application via online, otherwise, you may submit it personally at FAITH and continue the enrollment application via in-person.

Step 2. Submission of Requirements

Submit entrance credentials personally to the school or via courier

  • Once we receive your credentials and your enrollment application has been verified, you will receive an email informing you that your AstraCollege account has been created, together with your username and default password to login.
  • On your PC or laptop, log in to your ASTRA College portal using this link: http://astracollege.firstasia.edu.ph/auth/login
  • You are required to change the password upon first login.

Step 3. Assessment of Fees

  • Click “Intent to Enroll” on AstraCollege dashboard
  • Select the mode of payment. You can toggle between different payment modes to se ethe fee differences. Select “Regular” mode for JR, AM, EA, Afreight, DIWA, Spouses Belen, Spouses Leonilo, Amada Gomez, Francisco Esteban, and EBA
  • At the bottom of the page, click “Save Assessment”
  • For scholars and students with TAG, a grant disclosure will pop up. Electronically submit the grant disclosure by heckling the box labeled “ I have read and accept the grant disclosure agreement” and click “Continue”.
  • The Registrar will validate the courses enrolled online.
  • You can check the STATUS of your assessment in the Astra College Dashboard.

Step 4. Verification of Fees

  • You will receive an email once your assessment has been verified
  • Go to dashboard, Click Intent to Enroll to continue the process. Click the image to redirect you to the Verified Assessment Page.

Step 5. Uniforms and School Supplies Placement of Orders

Have your uniforms and school supplies placement of order done once you are available to go to school.

 

Proceed to the following rooms below. Get a que number.
NSC Room 108 (Placement of Orders and Payment)
NSC Room 110 (Releasing of Orders)

Step 6. Payment of Fees

Step 7. Printing of Certificate of Matriculation (COM)

  • To view the copy of your Certificate of Matriculation, just go to the dashboard and click on the orange COM box.
  • Select the student and click on the View button.

Step 8. ID Capturing and Printing

  • To process your ID, go to your dashboard and click “Update ID Card.”
  • Upload the ID picture and signature following the requirements. The file type must be JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
  • You will receive an email informing you that you may claim your printed ID.
  • Claim your ID at the Registrar’s Office, Windows 1 or 2.

NOTE: Online enrollees may claim their school ID and hard copies of COM at the Registrar’s Office and their Official Receipts at the Business Office/Cashier

Fill-out the application form from the Admission and Testing Center (ATC) located at the Citywalk Center.

Step 2. Submission of Requirements

Wait for your number to be called.

 

Submit entrance credential at the Registrars Window Inside the Community Center

Step 3. Assessment of Fees

Proceed to the Assessment Printing counter once your que number is called for the printing of your assessment.

Step 4. Verification of Fees

Have your assessment of fees verified at the verification counters.

 

Wait for your que number to be called.

Step 5.Uniforms and School Supplies Placement of Orders

Proceed to the following rooms below. Get a que number.

 

NSC Room 108 (Placement of Orders and Payment)

 

NSC Room 110 (Releasing of Orders)

Step 6. Payment of Fees

Pay your tuition and other fees at the FAITH Business office
/ cashier Windows 1 and 3 or to any accredited payment centers using the link below https://www.firstasia.edu.ph/resources/?payment-gateways

Step 7. Printing of Certificate of Matriculation (COM)

Proceed to the Registrar Office Window 1 and 2 for the Printing of your Certificate of Matriculation (COM).

 

Get your que number outside the Registrars Office and wait for your number to be called.

Step 8. ID Capturing and Printing

Proceed to NSC Room 111 for ID Capture and Printing.

 

Get a que number and ID application form outside NSC Room 111.

 

Wait for your number to be called.
