Old Students Enrollment Procedure

A.Y. 2024 – 2025, 1st Semester

STEP PROCESS ONLINE IN PERSON
1

Intent to Enroll

NOTE: All regular students who are cleared with all departments and have complete grades will be allowed to use the portal for online enrollment.

 

For students with scholarships and tuition assistance grants (TAG). The Admission and Testing Center (ATC) will tag the scholarship type once grades are validated.

 

To enroll online, follow these steps:

  1. On your PC or laptop, log in to your portal using this link.
    https://astracollege.firstasia.edu.ph/auth/login
  2. Click “Intent to Enroll” on your dashboard.

  3. Select your mode of payment.

  4. Select “Regular” mode for JR, AM, EA, Afreight, Diwa, Spouses Belen, Spouses Leonilo, Amada Gomez, Francisco Esteban, STSP, and EBA.

  5. At the bottom of the page, click “Save Assessment.”

  6. For scholars and students with TAG, a grant disclosure will pop up. Electronically submit the grant disclosure by checking the box labeled “I have read and accept the grant disclosure agreement” and click “Continue.”

The registrar will validate the courses
enrolled online.

Make sure you are cleared in all departments and have complete grades before proceeding to the Registrar
Counter at the Community Center.

 

Regular Students:

  • Proceed to the Assessment and Report Card Printing Counter in the Enrollment Room for printing your grades and assessment.

 

Transferees and Irregular Students:

 

  • Fill out the PEF form and have it signed and approved by your chair/dean. Once approved, return to the Registrar Counter for your assessment.

Grades Validation

  • Submit the original and a copy of your grades to the ATC Window for validation.

 

  • ATC will issue the grant disclosure.

Verification of Fees

  • The Finance department will verify the fees.

 

  • You will receive an email once your assessment has been verified.

 

  • You will receive an email once your assessment

 

  • You may proceed with the online payment of fees.
  • Submit the Scholarship/Grant Disclosure form.

Uniform Measurement and Placement of Orders

Place your order for your uniform at the Bookstore where your measurements will be taken.

Payment of Fees

Pay your tuition and other fees using any
of the accredited payment centers via this link:

Claim your official receipts at the Business Office/Cashier when you are available to go to school.

Pay your tuition and other fees at the FAITH Business Office/Cashier Windows 1 and 3 or at any accredited payment centers.

Certificate of Matriculation (COM) Printing

  • Go to your dashboard and click “COM Printing” to view your Certificate of Matriculation (COM).

 

  • To request an original copy of the COM with an “ENROLLED” stamp, proceed to the Registrar’s Office, Windows 1 or 2.

Proceed to the Registrar’s Office, Windows 1 and 2, for the printing of your Certificate of Matriculation (COM).

ID Update and Printing

Click “Update ID Card” on your dashboard.


Upload your ID picture and signature in JPG, JPEG, or PNG.


You will receive an email informing you that you may claim your printed ID.


You may claim your ID from the Registrar’s Office Windows 1 or 2.

Proceed to NSC Room 111 for ID Capture and Printing.

Note: Online enrollees may claim their ID and hard copies of COM at the Registrar’s Office 

and their Official Receipts and SOA at the Business Office/Cashier.

Step 3: Verification of Fees

Online

  • The Finance department will verify the fees.

 

  • You will receive an email once your assessment has been verified.

 

  • You may now proceed with the online payment of fees.

In Person

Regular Students

Step 5: Scholarship and Grant Application and FAITH Study Now Pay Later (SNPL) Processing

Online

ATC will email the verified assessment, Grant Disclosure Form to
scholars and grantees and the SNPL Form (if Applicable) to the student.

 

For SNPL, grantees to submit the following (Original Documents):

 

1. Scanned copy of Student ID with 3 Specimen Signatures.
2. Scanned copy of Parent/Guardian with 3 Specimen Signatures.
3. Filled up FAITH SNPL form from ATC.

 

SNPL Applications will only be processed by the Accounting Office once complete documents are submitted.

In Person

Students to fill out the Grant Disclosure form.

 

For SNPL, grantees to submit the following (Original Documents):

 

1. Scanned copy of Student ID with 3 Specimen Signatures.

2. Scanned copy of Parent/Guardian with 3 Specimen

Signatures.

3. Filled up FAITH SNPL form from ATC.
