Step 1. Admissions

WITH STUDENT NUMBER ALREADY: Proceed to Step 2

WITHOUT STUDENT NUMBER:

  • On your PC, laptop, or mobile phone, open your web browser then go to https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph
  • Click the link New Students Enrollment Registration Link
  • Select the Department you wish to enroll.

FAITH Catholic School – Kinder, Grade School Junior High School and FAITH Catholic School Senior High School (ABM, HUMSS and STEM)

Fidelis Senior High School (ABM, HUMSS, STEM, TVL-HE, TVL-ICT, ARTSDES, SPORTS)

  • Fill-up the application form. Please ensure that all the information is complete and correct. The contact information will be used to complete the enrollment process.

Step 2. Submission of Requirements

Submit entrance credentials personally to the school or via courier

Step 2.1. Permit to Enroll and Astra Account Set-Up


NOTE: Make sure your credentials are submitted to FAITH Registrars Office before you access the permit to enroll link.


Proceed to https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph/permit-to-enroll page and enter the Student Number provided in the email.


Once your Permit to Enroll has been verified, you will again receive an email with your username and default password to login at https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph/ site.


On your PC, laptop, or mobile phone, open your web browser then go to https://astra.firstasia.edu.ph. Enter your ASTRA username and password then click the Sign In button.


You are required to change the password upon first login.

 

Step 2.2. Assessment of Fees

  • Click on the Procedure to enroll link to view how to proceed with the enrollment process.
  • Click Intent to Enroll on your dashboard.
  • Click on the image of the student you want to enroll
  • Verify the information of the student then click the Create Registration button. Click the message link to report any error regarding the information of your child (IF APPLICABLE)
  • Clicking the Create Registration button for the first time will ask you to provide an email address and your contact number. This will help us to easily reach you in case an error arises.
  • Please select Mode of Payment. You can toggle between different payment modes to see the difference in the computation of the fees.
  • On the bottom of the page click on Save Assessment button. Clicking Save Assessment automatically sends the assessment of fees to the Finance Office for verification.
  • You can see the STATUS of your assessment on the top of the assessment page once successfully saved.

Step 3. Verification of Fees

You will receive an email once your assessment has been verified

 

Go to dashboard, Click Intent to Enroll to continue the process. Click the image to redirect you to the Verified Assessment Page.

Step 4. Uniforms and School Supplies Placement of Orders

Have your uniforms and school supplies placement of order done once you are available to go to school.

 

Proceed to the following rooms below. Get a que number.

 

NSC Room 108 (Placement of Orders and Payment)

 

NSC Room 110 (Releasing of Orders)

Step 5. Payment of Fees/Uploading of Transaction Slip to the Dashboard

  • You will find the FAITH Bank Account details/Payment gateways on the left of the verified assessment form.
  • Click the Upload Bank Deposit Transaction Slip button. A new window should pop up.
  • Enter information in the required fields: Bank Deposit Reference Number and Deposited Total Amount. Upload a screenshot/picture/scanned image of your bank deposit slip. You may amount send us a message (optional) before clicking the Send Deposit Slip button to send and save

 

The system will start processing your payment once the uploaded bank transaction slip has been verified. If payment has been processed, your Enrollment Progress will show 100%. This means that your enrollment is successful.

Step 6. Certificate of Matriculation (COM) Printing

  • To view the copy of your Certificate of Matriculation, just go to the dashboard and click on the orange COM box.
  • Select the student and click on the View button.

Step 7. ID Capturing and Printing

  • Proceed to your dashboard to process your ID. Click Update ID Card.
  • Upload the ID picture and signature following the requirement. File type must be in JPG, JPEG or PNG format
  • Proceed to NSC Room 111 to get your ID.

 

NOTE: To process your ID via In-person, proceed to NSC Room 111

NOTE: Online enrollees may claim their school ID and hard copies of COM at the Registrar’s Office and their Official Receipts at the Business Office/Cashier

Note: ATC to issue Permit to Enroll to the Student

Step 2. Submission of Requirements

Wait for your que number to be called. Once called, submit entrance credentials at the Enrollment Room – Registrars Counter and wait for your printed assessment.

Step 3. Verification of Fees

Wait for you que number to be called. Once called, have your assessment of fees verified at the verification counters.

Step 4. Uniforms and School Supplies Placement of Orders

Proceed to the following rooms below. Get a que number.

 

NSC Room 108 (Placement of Orders and Payment)

 

NSC Room 110 (Releasing of Orders)

Step 5. Payment of Fees/Uploading of Transaction Slip to the Dashboard

Pay your tuition and other fees at the FAITH business office/cashier or to any accredited payment centers.

Step 6. Certificate of Matriculation (COM) Printing

Proceed to the Registrar Office Windows 3 and 4 for the Printing of your Certificate of Matriculation.

 

Get a que number under your designated department. Wait for your number to be called.

Step 7. ID Capturing and Printing

Proceed to NSC Room 111 for ID Capture and Printing.

 

Get a que number and ID application form outside NSC Room 111. Wait for your number to be called.
