Enrollment Procedure
A.Y. 2024 – 2025, 1st Semester
Step 1: Assessment/Report Card Printing

In Person
Fill-out the application form from the Admissions and Testing Center located at the Citywalk.
Regular Students
Proceed to the Registrar Window at the Community Center to get your report card and claim your Assessment. Photocopy the report card and assessment for the next step.
Irregular Students
Proceed to the Registrar Window at the Community Center to get your report card and Pre-Enrollment form (PEF). Proceed to your academic heads for academic advising and approval of the subjects to take. Come back to this window to process and claim your Assessment.
Step 2: Grade Validation and Issuance Grant Disclosure
Online
ATC to validate grades.
In Person
Submit the original and photocopies of grades and Assessment of Fees to the Grades Validation Counter
Regular Students
Proceed to ATC Window and submit the copy of grades for the grades validation. ATC to issue the grant disclosure.
This applies to all scholars and students with grants.
Irregular Students
Proceed to ATC Window and submit the copy of grades for the grades validation. ATC to issue the grant disclosure.
